Thank-you SO much for doing that work for me. This level of customer service is unprecedented. You are a very generous person (and it speaks volumes for Leaf Only) to have dedicated your time and talent to this ostensibly minor (but to me unsolvable) customer issue. And I won't forget it (you could've just schlepped around the office looking busy between sips of coffee :)
