This is a quick growing, shorter and smaller leafed tobacco that provides a sweet, pleasant flavor and smooth burn that Oriental tobacco is known for.
The QB-52 Fronto Leaf Wrapper is yet another extremely popular variety of fronto leaf that is primarily sold by the leaf at city convenience stores and specialty shops. Our Dark Air Cured Tobacco Leaf (LL) is a 2LS grade, which means it is a binder leaf. For wraps and grabba, there is still plenty of leaf to use; but, overall most leaves will have at least one hole making it a binder grade.
Mainly used to make cigarette tobacco leaf blends a bit stronger and smoother, Maryland 609 is also used for cigar filler, pipe blends, and chewing tobacco leaf. Maryland 609 is a “light air cured” type of tobacco similar to Burley but lighter in body and more neutral in flavor.

The Aged Dark Air Cured is a dark, thick air cured tobacco leaf. This leaf has a medium to dark chocolate brown color on top with a somewhat lighter color on the underside. This leaf is very similar to the Dark Air Cured (J1), but an older crop year. Due to this time given to age, you might find that this leaf has a slightly more mellow taste.
The Fronto / Dark Air Cured (ALO) is a dark, thick air cured tobacco leaf. The ALO Grade name signifies that it was grown in-between Tennessee and Kentucky, USA. This leaf is large, and carries a medium-dark chocolate brown color, only to continue to darken with age.
