Once an international shipment leaves our warehouse, it may be subject to delays, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. If a package becomes stuck in transit, shows no tracking updates for an extended period, or is ultimately lost or deemed undeliverable, we are not able to provide recourse or issue claims. If your order is returned to us within 3 months of your order date, we will refund the item total of your order.
