Our Honduran Conerico seed tobacco is grown in the Jamastran valley in the El Paraiso Region of Honduras. The El Paraiso Region of Honduras has been highly regarded for their production of premium cigar tobacco mostly because their climate and soil is the ideal place to grow both Cuban and Connecticut seed tobacco.
Conerico, translating to "Connecticut" seed, is the primary tobacco type grown in the Jamastran Valley. With nutrient enriched soil, very similar to the soil found in Cuban tobacco farms, it isn’t a surprise that many premium cigar companies own real estate in the region. Punch, Davidoff, and Camacho are among the many to produce cigars within the region.
This Honduran Conerico seed tobacco is high in quality and is a more economical solution when looking at Connecticut Shade wrappers. This wrapper is ready to finish even the highest in quality cigars!
