By definition, this tobacco can be of INFERIOR quality that is not fit to be sold as a regular grade. This leaf is still high quality Cigar Filler, but from a varitey of origins and sources. Our assorted cigar filler leaf is comprised of only cigar type leaves. The biggest challenge with this is identifying the tobacco leaves!
