By definition, this tobacco is of INFERIOR quality that is not fit to be sold as a regular grade. The reason these products are at a lower price point is because of their lower quality. This can happen for a variety of reasons including tobacco that has been dropped on the floor, broken up into small pieces, discolored, dirty, stems, etc. Please keep this in mind when purchasing this product.
