Nicaraguan fillers are world famous, and for good reason! Their soil and climate offers a distinct flavor and a certain "kick" that many cigar smokers know and love. 

Our Nicaraguan Seco Long Fillers are aged to perfection. Being the milder of the long filler types, the seco is what makes up the body of the cigar because the seco can fit more leaves in a smaller area. When bunched together, Seco tobacco leaves make up most of the filler in a hand-rolled cigar, while the ligero tobacco gives it more of "punch". 

This leaf is grown from the Criollo 98 tobacco seed, and is grown on the Island of Ometepe. This 107sq.mi. island is located in within Lake Nicaragua, and is known for its sweet, earthy and strong tobacco grown in rich soil from the islands two volcanos, Madera and Conception. This volcanic soil, mixed with the abundance of humidity and fresh water from being completely surrounded by the lake, leads to a uniquely sweet yet spicy tobacco.
