What a leaf! When they say robust, they aren't kidding. This 2017 AVFC (R) is the strongest tobacco I've tried yet. I typically smoke the AVFC straight, going from years 2012 to 2016 as I find the quality I like to work with (moisture, shredding mainly). I ordered 2 lbs of this and absolutely cannot smoke it straight. I've tried full flavor and light tubes. It's good, but a tad harsh and very strong. Great tobacco for the "Reds" smokers out there, but use with caution. Probably best to mix this with your regular tobacco; I've done 50% mixes of AVFC 2016/2017 (R) with great results for three weeks.
