Ecuadorian Candela Wrapper is a tobacco leaf that is often used to make your own cigars.

This high temperature, high speed drying process causes the chlorophyll to be trapped in the leaf, giving it the jade color which it is known for. Commonly used on pre-embargo cigars, this leaf is now only commonly found on mass produced machine-made cigars, and some few select high end boutique cigars.
