Our 2010 Fronto Leaf (Dark Air Cured Tobacco Leaf) is our farmers' latest crop year's harvest.
Note: The year associated with a tobacco leaf refers to the year it was planted. After the drying and curing process, it becomes ready for the following year. Also note that these leaves are not sorted and will all contain a variety of leaf sizes.
This leaf is a popular tobacco leaf that usually has an end use as either a cigar wrapper, or a "fronto leaf", which is a leaf that is primarily sold at convenience stores in metropolitan areas and welcomed amongst a variety of cultures and regions. Fronto Leaves, which in this case is also known as Dark Air Cured tobacco leaves, are of high quality, and reminiscent of fronto tobacco leaves sold in the Caribbean Islands.
|
- Our fronto leaves are thick, easy to handle, and a joy to roll with.
- Like the name sounds, the dark air cured tobacco leaf has a beautiful dark color, similar to that of the maduro.
- Our fronto tobacco leaf, sometimes known as grabba leaf, is a strong, bold smoke. Used primarily for roll your own, this tobacco leaf doubles as a great cigar wrapper, binder, or filler. As a substitute, please consider using our QB-52 Fronto tobacco leaf. Or for wholesale inquiries, ask us about our 2009 private stock DAC. |

- Our Dark Air Cured Fronto Leaf arrives with a mild chocolate-like, yet very fresh and green scent, which is apparent in it's natural appearence.
